Three years as Village of Sodus Point, NY Trustee, and five years as Mayor. Presently Town of Sodus, NY Councilman.

Beneficial Volunteer Work:

44 years as active member of the United States Power Squadrons (USPS) and Full Certificate Holder (passed all their courses). Held position of Squadron and District Educational Officer, Squadron and District Commander as well as Rear Commander (National) in charge of the Graphic Arts in the Educational Support Divisions. Have taught for USPS; Public Boating course, Instructor Development, Sail, Weather, Marine Electronics, Engine Maintenance, Seamanship, Piloting, Advanced Piloting, Junior Navigation and Senior Navigation (last two are celestial navigation courses), and several seminars. Holder of USPS instructor certificate.

Boating Experience:

Sailed on Lake Ontario for 41 years on a Catalina 30 sloop.
